Quarterly Slale Tax Form Due INDIANAPOLIS, Ind., July 28 Conn J. Sterling, Director of the Gross Income . Tax Division, notified Hoosier taxpayers today that second ' Quarterly in

stallments of Gross Income Tax are due and must be postmarked no later than midnight, Sunday, July 31. Mr. Sterling said today that less than 20 of those taxpayers who must file quarterly returns have done so during the first three weeks of the thirty-day payment period established by law. Those individuals who are required to file quarterly returns are: (1) individuals whose incomes between April 1 and June 30 exceeds $1,250.00, (2) retail merchants whose gross receipts were more than $2,750.00 during the same period, (3) wholesale and manufacturing firms and those engaged in agriculeural pursuits whose receipts were in evcess of $4,250.00 during the above mentioned period. Mr. Sterling also called attention to the fact that . Gross Income Tax blanks are available at all auto license branches throughout the state.
