Five Die As Building Front Collapses
PITTSBURGH, July 5. (UP) The fifth of 12 persons trapped beneath falling bricks in tie collapse of a store building f roit j died today.
Mrs. Rose Grade Coco, age 22,' Pittsburgh', succumbed to injuries at Allegheny General Hospital. Four other victims died last night, shortly after the collapse. Seven other persons were injured when a false brick facade atop an old single-story structure tumbled without warning to the crowded sidewalk on Federal Street, in the heart of the north side business section. Near panic broke out among hundreds of persons many of whom thought there had been an explosion.
