NEW.TEXXBOOK ON ALCOHOL EFFECTS - INDIANAPOLIS, Dec. 22. (U.R) A new textbook to instruct Indiana pupils on the effects of alcohol and tobacco was approved by the State Board of Education

today. A book entitled "Effects of

Alcoholic Drinks, Tobacco, Sedatives and Narcotics," published by the Wheeler Publishing Co., was among a group of textbooks approved by the state board. for use in Hoosier classrooms for a five-year period.
