COURT UPHOLDS KAADT CONVICTION CHICAGO, Dec. 8. (UP) Conviction of two septuagenarian physicians for selling a concocton iof vinegar and saltpeter as a

cure for diabetes was upheld to

day by the U. S. Court of Appeals.

Drs. Charles F. Kaadt, age 74, and his brother, Peter S., age 76, sold the mixture for $30 a jar in a South Whitley, Ind., "clinic." Each was sentenced to three years in Federal prison last May in the Ft. Wayne Federal District Court.

MAN DIES FROM INJURIES INDIANAPOLIS, Dec. 8. (UP) Ben Sanley, age 29, Fairland, died in General Hospital yesterday of injuries suffered when the car in which he was riding collided with another driven by Henry Kassendick, Versailles, on Ind. 29 near Acton last Saturday.
