Zco Feeds Itself BINGHAMTON, N. Y. (UP) Animals in the Ross Park Zoo here are munching home-grown oats. Park Commissioner M. Marks Bump grew a bumper oat crop on nine acres of park land to feed the zoo's bison,' lamas, deer, horses and ponies. Next year Bump plans to plant 14 acres.
