Cattle Theft"LA PORTE, Ind., Nov. . 17 (UP) A woman held with two South Dakota cowboys on a warrant charging them with cattle rustling today confessed dealing cattle in Penningon County, South Dakota. Police Chief Leo Kramer said he had .a written confession iram. Mrs. Margaret -White,-age 35, Philip, S. D., that she "helped in cattle rustling jobs." Mrs. White, her husband, Ward White, age 38, and Bowen C, Bowell, age 32, Pedro, S. D., were arrested in a Gary hotel lobby yesterday. Police said a load of cattle bearing seven different brand markings was shipped, by truck from Pedro to Chicago and sold there and in Central Indiana. Kramer said the two men had made "oral statements." All t'-.ree denied LaPorte County cattle thefts and theft of a hay baler from a LaPorte farm implement store last Oct. 10. Kramer said he understood Pennington 'County authorities were en route to Indiana. , They also were wanted in Gary on a Vad check charge. WILL LIFT LICENSE MORATORIUMS " INDIANAPOLIS, Nov. 17 (U.R) The State Alcoholic Beverage Commission announced tocUy that tomorrow it would lift a six-months moratorium on granting new club liquor licenses and new package store r.nd wine and beer permits.
