MAY SEE NEW COMET 1 CAMBRIDGE, Mass., Nov. 10 (UP) Residents of the Northern United States may. see the new naked eye comet at dawn tomorrow if the weather is clear, a Harvard astronomer said today. Harvard .observatory reported that the cornet, known as 1948-L, is moving westward at the rate of about eight minutes of tme daily, and is moving southward about three-quarters of a degree daily.
