Plans and Specifications are on file in the office of the Hospital and may be obtained from the office of Lester W. Routt, Architect, Vincennes, Indiana. The undei'signed reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to "ti've any irregularities in the bidding. Proposals shall be properly and completely executed on proposal forms furnished by the Architect inaccordance with Form 96 with nuncollusion affidavit as required by the Statutes of Indiana and must be accompanied by Questionnaire Form 96-A, State Board of Accounts, for any bid of $5,000.00 or more. NOTICE TO BIDDERS The Board of School Trustees of the Sullivan City Schools will sell Oid Central School Building located on school property on the north side of Beech Street between Court and Main Streets at private sale in the office of the superintendent of schools at 4 p. m. on Thursday, October 14, 1918. subert to the following terms and conditions, namely: With the exception of the contents of th e cornerstone, the school bell, and the iron fire escape which are to be delivered to the Board of Trustees as the building is torn down, the entire building to include everything permanently- attached thereto is to be sold. The purchaser will he required to tear down and remove every part and parcel of the building and restore the ground beneath to its original level state. The purchaser will be required to execute a performance bond in the penal sum of five thousand dollars ($5,000.00) and to insure the Board of School Trustees from any liability, either personal or property, that might, occur during the removal operation. Sealed bids will be received at the office of the superintendent of schools until the hour of sale. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check in the amount of the bid and a statement as to the date the removal will be completed. Certified check of unsuccessful bidders will be returned immediately after the sale. Sale wiil be made to the highest and best bidder and for not less than the appraised valuation. The execution of a bid by the purchaser and its acceptance by the Board of School Trustees constitute an inevocable contract on the terms listed heretofore.
