Raines, newly elected bishop of the Indiana area of the Methodist church. Mrs. L. E. Chowning and children, Jim, Shirley and Sue, left Friday for Kimberlin Heights, Tenn., where they accompanied Bill Chowning who will enter Johnson Bible College.
