NOBLESVILLE PLANT VOTES TO STRIKE NOBLESVILLE, Ind., Aug. 31. (UP) Members of the United Paper Workers Union (CIO) employed at the Ball Brothers' strawboard plant here voted today to strike to support demands for "better working conditions
and the reinstatement of some of the older employes who. have been discharged." A vote conducted by Local 1043 of the union ended 79-41 in favor of the strike, for which no date was set.
