YOUR FUTURE Elderly relatives and friends Will help you during your next year, and a happy period is envisaged. New and existing enterprises are well signified, as are romance or domestic bliss. With this in view, you should do what u have to right now, and take any possible temporary setback philosophically. J IT HAPPENED TODAY On Aug. 20, 1941, the Russians blew up the Dnieper dam as the Germans swept across the Ukraine. On this same date, Bernard O'Higgins, Chilean patriot end revolutionist, was born in 1778. Benjamin Harrison, 23rd president of the United States, was born on Aug. 20, 1833.

He was a senior at the University of California when World War I broke out. He enlisted as a flying cadet. After the armistice he became a stunt flyer, and received a regular commission of first lieutenant in the United States Army in 1920. .Jimmy won two national air races, and in 1940 was ordered to active duty in the Air Corps Reserve with the commission of major. There followed his memorable Tokio air raid which won him the Congressional Medal of Honor. Jimmy is now retired and a vice-president of a refining company. He is

ERE is a pleasant little game that will give you a message every
day. It is a numerical puzzle designed to spell out your fortune.
Count the letters in your first name. If the number of letters is 6 or more, subtract 4. If the number is less than 6, add 3. The result is your key Tiumber. Start at the upper left-hand corner of the rectangle and check every one of your key numbers, left to right. Then read the message the letters under the checked figures give you.
