S. is William Weiner, believed to be the Robert William Weiner who testified before the Dies committee in 1939 as secretary of the party. Also named in testimony, by Elizabeth Bentley, repentant former spy, is Nathan G. Silvermaster of Philadelphia, described as head of one of two groups feeding secret U. S. information to Soviet agents. She said Silvermaster is "probably an agent of NKVD"
