SULLIVAN SENIOR SADDLE CLUB Mr. and Mrs. Bob Wilson were host and hostess for the Sullivan Saddle Club Tuesday evening at the shelter house. ,. Hamburgers and coffee were served, after which the regular business meeting was conducted by the club president. The club planned a hay ride and weiner roast for Halloween. There were 26 senior members present. A wire recording set owned by Gene Rusk afforded many laughs as songs and part of the meeting

were recorded and played back for those present to hear.

Having played the first game of a 2-out-of-3 series to decide the championship of the Western Indiana Baseball League, the Fairview Dodgers of Clinton,' winners of the first game (1-0) and victors of the northern half of the league, will again compete with the Sullivan Merchants, winners in the southern half of the league, here at Pavilion Park Sunday afternoon. - ; ' The Merchants this year are enjoying the best season in talent and winnr'ngs ever on their record and Sunday offers them a very good chance to tie the Dodgers and force the playoff' for the final game and an equal opportunity to cop this year's W-I Championship. Plenty of parking space around the field affords everyone a good view of the diamond from the comfort of their automobiles. Drive out, park and enjoy the ball game, ' - THIS MESSAGE IN SUPPORT OF OUR COMMUNITY'S 1 RECREATION FACILITIES IS SPONSORED BY
