Yeah, it is junk like that the editor gets in the mail. Revolting, isn't it?

The Navy Department has announced that it is moving a Navy station from a town in the Midwest. The official reason for the move is that there isn't enough water in the area. In case you are curious, the town is Ottumwa, Iowa, which has been flooded only three times so far this month. Which brings up the point. How much water does the Navy need.
