Any increase or decrease in estimated tax should be spread evenly over the remaining installment payments. Failure to file or pay the estimated tax causes a penalty imposed by law of 5 of the unpaid installment plus 1 for each month (except the first) during which the amount remains unpaid to a maximum of 10. Mr. Wilcox stated that for the convenience of taxpayers residing in that locality, payments may be made to the Division Offices located in the following cities: Evansville, Fort Wayne, Gary, Lafayette, Muncie, New ' Albany, South Bend and Terre

'Homing Torpedo Developed PITTSBURGH (UP) A new "homing" torpedo that steers itself to a target has been developed by Westinghouse Electric Corp. The firm said the torpedoes could be off-aim as much as a quarter of a mile and still direct themselves toward the sound of a ship.

, tional Roll of Honor at the unfinished Washington Cathedral is
the late Edwin Stewart Ross, son of Mr. and Mrs. Reid Ross of 202 South State Street, it was announced here today by the Rev. Merriff F. Williams, canon of the Cathedral and chairman of the national war memorial committee. He served with distinction as Technical Sergeant with the 15th USAAF, based in Italy, and was awarded the Air Medal with two Oak Leaf Clusters, two Bronze Stars, the Citation of Honor and the Purple Heart. Names and service records of both the living and the honored dead of Indiana, submitted by members of their families, will be enshrined in the proposed War Memorial Chapel of the unfinished Patriots' Transept. The transept, upon which more than $375,000 has been expended, will form the southern arm of the cathedral.
