GIVE STORK SHOWER Mrs. Bill McClure and Mrs. Guy French were co-hostesses at a stork shower for Mrs. Ray Stevenson at her home near Dodd Bridge, Thursday, June 5. Games were played and prizes were won by the following; Mrs. Hugh Walker, Mrs. Jess Clark, Mrs. Guy French and Marjorie Payne ; Miss Mildred Stevenson sang a lullaby and Mrs. French gave two piano selections. Pink and red rose corsages were given each guest as Jhe gifts were opened and the donors were anounced. A special delivery letter was read by the honored guest announcing the place and date of the new arrival.

ADAMS-BADGER VOWS READ Miss Rebecca Jane Adams, daughter of Mrs. Mary Adams, of Sullivan, and Herbert Badger, son of Mrs. Lily Ford, of Sullivan, were married in a single ring ceremony at the parsonage of the Church of Christ, in Dugger, with the Rev. Clymore officiating. The couple was attended by Mr. and Mrs. Rudy Weil, of Farmersburg. The bride wore a gray gabardine suit,. with black accessories, and a corsage of red roses. The matron of honor wore a green gabardine suit, with black accessories, and a corsage of white carnations. The bridegroom and best man each wore a white carnation as a boutonniere. Following the ceremony, the wedding party went to Clinton for dinner, then the couple went to Indianapolis for a short trip. They are at home at 110 South Crowder street in Sullivan.
