EEEEKAH DISTRICT MEETING - The program for the Rebekah District meeting to be held Wednesday, April 30th at 1:30 p. m. at the White Rose Rebekah Lodge at Dugger is as follows: Address of welcome by the Dugger lodge. Response by the Sullivan lodge. Roll call of officers. Seating, Past District Presidents. Prayer by the District chaplain of the Hymera lodge. Playlet "Rebekah's Friendship Road" by the District officers. Music by Dugger students. Memorial by the Graysyllle lodge. Playlet by the Hymera lodge. REVIVAL SERVICES

MAY DAY BREAKFAST There will be a May Day Breakfast tor all Girl Scouts and Brownie Scouts on May 1, 1947 at 7:00 a. m. at the Presbyterian church. Troop I will be in charge of table decorations.

State Operates On Double Time And Confusion

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind., Apr. 28. Indiana operated on double time today. ' Daylight saving went into effect in nearly all of the larger cities yesterday, but many other municipalities remained on standard time. - Most railroad time tables stuck by . the standard time, but many bus lines shifted to the fast schedule. The confusion will last until Sept. 28 when all cities will be back on "slow" time. Among the municipalities which shifted to "fast" time were In dianapolis, Gary. Hammond.
