HARMONY HOME EC CLUB

The Harmony Home Ec Club met December 12th at the home of Elsie Risinger for their monthly meeting. A very delicious dinner was served. At 1:30 the meeting was opened by the president, with all piving the pledge to the flag. The song of the month, "O Come All Ye Faithful" was sung in unison. The history of the song was read by Betty Weaver. The club creed was repeated in unison. Minutes of the last meeting were read and roll call answered. It was voted to take "Table Setting and Party Suggestions" for the next lesson. Installation of officers followed. Mystery pals of the past year were revealed. The meeting was adjourned with all repeating the club prayer.

A very interesting program was given as follows: "Silent Night" by Edith Woodsmall; reading by Dorothy Woodsmall; reading by Helen Shaw and Faye Johnson; reading by Sally De-

Busk and Elsie Risinger; piano solo bv Edith Woodsmall. j After, the program there was an exchange of Christmas gifts and a grab bag.

Members present were Josephine Brust, Lizzie Carrithers, Sallie DeBusk, Esther Dodd, Betty Weaver, Flossie May, Hester Sluder, Verna Robbins, Edith Woodsmall, Josephine Walters, Edna Price, Stella Weaver, Sylvia Brashier, Maude Taylor, Faye Ring, Dorothy Kelboski, Stelia Hill, Rosetta Fulk, Florence Powell and the hostess Elsie Risinger. Three guests, Helen Shaw, Faye Johnson and daughter were present. The next meeting will be held at the home of Edna Price with Sylvia Brashier assisting.
