ALL-FAITH CHAPEL BUILT OLT OF WAR SALVAGE MOLINE, 111. (UP) How servicemen on the lonely island of Jinima in the Philippines built a beautiful chapel out of salvage materials is related by the Rev. Clinton B. Meininger,- pastor of the First Christian Church of Moline. "We enlarged a quonset hut for the framework of the church and salvaged dunnage lumber from ships. Rugs were made out of sailcloth. Our chapel became so beautiful that we wanted stained glass windows, which we obtained by removing plexiglass from wrecked planes and painting the glass. "The chapel was used by men of all faiths, in separate services, and an average of 450 were served every Sunday. Moscow Telephone-Minded MOSCOW (UP) Not a village in the Moscow district will be without a telephone when "plans for extension are completed by the first of next year, it has been announced.
