RECITAL HELD AT LILLIAN DALE SCOTT HALL The November Piano Recital was one of the best ever given at the Lillian Dale Scott Recital Hall. Rosemarie and Billie Herb Robinson opened the programme with a beautiful duet. The younger members of the class, Ada Mae Hixon, Virginia Lou Giles, Mary Nelle Miller, Becky Kellams, Beverly Flynn and Norma Ann Fisher show progress. Solos rendered by the intermediate pupils, Mary Ellen Alig, Margo Adams, Sally Billman, Anita Ruth Brummitt, Bevera Boyle, Linda Lee Pirtle, Joann Pinkerton and Frances Raley, were outstanding. Technique and expression were excellent. A duet played by Sally Billman and her mother, "Silent Night, Hcly 'Night," was lovely. I Schubert's "Serenade," Mrs. Louise Billman at the first piano, was faultlessly interpreted. The .55y8WMW'.WAAWlAV:Wjftflli,J,-,B(l-,W pplliiifl

Recital attendants have been asking, the past six months, when Mrs. Carolyn Hobbs of Linton, would play again. A request number closed the programme a duo, "March of the Wooden Soldiers," Sally Billman, first piano; Louise Billman, second piano.
