Hints on Etiquette Do you let people finish their Stories, or do you interrupt them and tell what you think is a better one ? If you do you are showing your ill breeding.

Words of Wisdom To be content with even the best people, we must be contented

with little and bear a great deal. Those who are most perfect have many imperfections, and we have great faults; between .the two, mutual toleration becomes very difficult. Fenelon.

Today's Horoscope You can adapt yourself to circumstances and environment, but enjoy luxury and ease. You are amiable,' sociable, magnetic, a loyal friend, and possess a happy disposition. You are idealistic, sensitive, like music and art, and derive much pleasure from both. Do not marry in haste. The month starts on a friendly note, so enjoy it. Don't, however, try

to promote your ambition now

Avoid a heavy discussion; tak it easy. Later in the day is a fin1

time to ask for a raise or irl

creased income. Do not be d'; manding or critical. Retain you pace as the day proceeds, an stick to your schedule. A friend

advice may change your ment?

outlook late this evening, an

later it would be wise to meditat on what you want to dtf thi

WHEN THE AUTOMOBILE BEGAN to congest the antiquated roadways used by the horsedrawn vehicle, super-highways with wide lanes, traffic circles, and by-passes were constructed which eliminated the jams. 'Similarly, now that air travel is jnereasing more and more each day, a ' new traffic pattern to alleviate east coast congestion of air routes is being installed between Akron, O., Washington, New York and Boston. For most of the distance the plan calls for four lanes with three lanes over ' certain sections. The tripling and quadrupling of these hundreds of milas of routes will be made possible by re-aligning a comparatively small number of radio range stations and establishing a few new ones at a cost of about $75,000. Government bureaus and individual airlines involved are setting up the new "highways." Flying "on the beam" is the method by which planes can navigate safely but, sines they must be widely spaced out, ope lane can accommodate only a small number of planes. The new four-Tane system will help to eliminate delays and congestion usually inevitable in bad flying weather. - (International)
