NOTICE TO COAL CONTRACTORS Notice is hereby given that ihe Board of County Commissioners will receive sealed bids until 12:00 o'clock noon, on Tuesday, September 3, 1946, for the furnishing of coal to the County Institutions: The Court House, County Jail, County Infirmary and County Highway Garage for the ensuing year. Bids to be opened .it 1:00 P. M. Tuesday, September 3, 1946. Said coal must be union mined from Sullivan County Mines and to be either No. 6 or No. 6 vein, and to- be modified mine run or screened mine run. Coal to be delivered to each of the above named institutions as needed in the quantity and in kind specified by the custodian of each. Weighing charges to be paid by the contractor and each ticket to have the approval of the custodian of the building to which it is delivered, before filing for payment. Rids may be submitted separately, either for the furnishing of coal or for the hauling of coal. Bids, for hauling must also include the ' removal of ashes from each institution.
