ABOUT THOSE AFFIDAVITS Too many Indiana voters have the mistaken impression that casting a vote by affidavit in the May primary qualifies 'them as voters in the November general election. - Everywhere in the state, party workers who are busy in . registration work, report they are finding voters who insist tthey need not register for the reason "they voted in the pri"mary." Many of these, it is found, voted in the primary although not properly registered, taking advantage of the provision in the election code which permits primary voting by ' signing an affidavit, properly supported, that the applicant has all the legal qualifcations of an elector. . Such an affidavit does not constitute registration. Eeg'ister now! ,
