Bidder to furnish complete detailed specifications on above tractors and mower, and give prices on optional extra equipment, viz: cab, starting and lighting system, etc. Approximate date of delivery of above described equipment will be a considered factor in awarding contract for purchase of same. Bids to be opened at f:00 P. M. Bids shall be submitted on prescribed forms which are obtainable from the County Auditor. Non-Collusion affidavit to be filed with bid. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check in the amount of $100.00 for each bid filed as a guarantee that if his bid, or bids be accepted he will faithfullv complete the sale according to the terms of the bid.
