General specifications for above equipment on file in the office of the County Auditor of Sullivan County. Indiana. Bidder to furnish complete detailed specifications on above tractors and mower, and give prices on optional extra equipment, viz: cab, starting and lighting system, etc. Approximate date of delivery of above described equipment will be a considered factor in awarding contract for purchase of same. Bids to be opened at f:00 P. M. Bids shall be submitted on prescribed forms which are obtainable from the County Auditor. Non-Collusion affidavit to be filed with bid. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check in the amount of $100.00 for each bid filed as a guarantee that if his bid, or bids be accepted he will faithfullv complete the sale according to the terms of the bid. The successful bidder will then be -nuired to eive bond with surety in the amount of 25 per cent of his bid. h anrAved by the Board of County Commissioners, insuring the fai'nful completion of said sale according to contract.
