Missionary Society fleets The Zelma- Harbaugh Missionary Society of the First Christian church met at the home of Mrs, Rex Russell Friday night, July 12th,- with twenty-three members and guests present. Mrs. Nellie Ford, president, presided. The meeting was opened by singing "We've a Story to Tell
to the Nation," followed by seeiyViiie.

The aims for the coming year were worked out and after the business session the meeting was turned, over to Mrs. Rex Russell, program chairman. Mrs. Harold . Barcus " read a paper on "Our Neighbors Children"; Mrs. Ronald Russell read the scripture for the devotions and Mrs. Rex Russell read an article, "You Can't Go Home Again" and ' gave the prayer. The meeting was closed by all giving the benediction. After the meeting, light refreshments were served by the hostesses.
FAIRBANKS Mr. and Mrs. Claude Harmon were guests of Calvin Harmon Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. Homer Dilley, Mr. and Mrs. Artie Wilfon and daughter, Iris, and Mrs. Letitia Wilfon attended the Wilfon reunion Sunday at the home of Mr. and Mrs. George Minger of
Rev. Stone held services at the Drake Baptist church Sunday and was a dinner guest of Mr. and Mrs: Clarence Walters.
Mrs. Farn Ransford was In Terre Haute Wednesday. Church services were held at the home of Mrs. Jane Anderson Sunday by Rev. Cecil Fuson, and a basket dinner was served at the noon hour. Mrs. Effie Dilley and Mrs. Clara Scott were guests of Mrs. Lorene Minger of Seelyville Monday. Several members of the local Eastern Star Chapter attended chapter at Elliotsville Monday evening.
Dr. and Mrs. H.'E.'' Bland and Henry Thompson visited Mr. and Mrs! Denver Drake and daughter, Francine Sunday evening. Don Kirkham and Miss Fay Kirkham of Columbus and Miss Elva Banks of Indianapolis, visited their cousin, Mrs. Effie Dilley, one day last week. The Home Economics club was entertained at the home of Mrs. Jessie Bland Friday afternoon.
