ECONOMIC FOOTNOTE TO POTSDAM The world has suffered much in the past 25 years be

:ause of economic illiteracy. The leaders after the last war vorshiped the economic illusion that Germany could be made ;o pay for the war. Later we were told that Germany and

taly could not make war. It was simple they just could lot afford it.

In the Potsdam announcements Russia said she had no

nterest in German gold but would take her reparations in nachinery and equipment and goods. British and American

eaders are still chained to the economic fallacy that a nation :an have more machinery and goods than is good for it. This

s why they will continue to scramble for gold to bury in ;heir vaults. ": . Also it was announced that German industry would be lecentralized. Our guess is that a few years hence Germans vilj thank us for this and wonder why American industry loes -not decentralize. They will have found that decentralizaicft is mdretiof less efficient.

Poor Digestion? Headachy? Sour or Upset? Tired-Listless? Do you feel headachy and upset due to poorly digested food? To feci cheerful and happy again your food must 'be digested properly. Each day, Nature must produce about two pints of a vital digestive juice to help digest your food. If Nature fails, J ?our food may remain undigested eaving you headachy and irritable. Therefore, you must increase the flow of this digestive juice. Carter's Little Liver Pills increase this flow quickly often in as little as 30 minutes., And, you're on the road to feeling better. Don't depend on artificial aids to counteract indigestion when Carter's Little Liver Pills aid digestion after Nature's own order. Take Carter's Little Liver Pills as directed.
