OBITUARY John A. son of James iand Adaline Spinks was born in Fauntain County, Ind. June 2, 1873 and departed this life at his home in Hymera, August 29, 1945 at the age of seventy-two years one month and twenty-seven days. He was united in marriage to Mary J. Thomas, Oct. 13, 1906 to which union six children were born. One son, Lyle W. Spinks, having preceded him in death by giving his life for his country while serving with 'the United States Army in Luxenburg, Dec. 17. 1944.
