CONFESSING "If love him and I was Jealous," 30-year-old Ruth Klein told police how she shot the noted heart specialist Dr. Hans E. Schiffbauer, 62, three times and then turned the gun on herself at the doctor's Hollywood, Cal., home. Both are in critical condition in Los Angeles General hospital. Miss Klein told detectives she had had three illegal operations and told of trysts with Dr. Schiffbauer, her family physician, at his home and office. (International).
