OIL FIELD NEWS Thrift Club Meets The Thrift Club met at the home of Mrs. Don Granby Thursday for their regular monthly meeting.' A delicious covered dish dinner was served at the noon hour. The afternoon business session opened with the secretary .report and . roll call, after which plans were made for an afghan to be made for an army hospital, and the social hour following the business meeting was spent , getting the afghan started.
