The lody of the young man fount! 1 on the, Cincinnati Hamilton & Day- 1 ton railroad tracks, near Raccoon, ■Sunday morning, has been identified as that of James Frost, of Mt. Zion. | 111 Mrs Maiden and two sons Of! Hadley. Hendricks county, came here! last Tuesday and identified the body) Mrs. Maiden is an aunt of the dead man. He was an adopted son of Mr 1 and Mrs James Rider, of Mt Zion, and went under the name of James Rider, Jr. This accounts for the initials "J. R ’’ on the handle of the knife found In his pocket The name of John Rutherford, which was supposed to be his name is Incorrect. It probably was misunderstotod over the telephone ■Mrs Maiden stated that Frost was at her home Saturday morning and left for North Salem, presumably to look for work. Evidently he went North Salem and then went west on the C H. & D tracks to Raccoon Mr and Mrs Rider arrived here that afternoon to take charge of the Ifody.
C. R. McWethy, who it will be remembered was here for several months with his uncle, C. W McWethy and who was employed in the McWethy laundry while here has been elected cashier for the L & N. Railroad at Memphis.
