The undersigned petitioners freeholders and voters of Marlon Township in Pntnarn County, Indiana, respectfully petition for the Improvement of the highway in said township hereinafter described by grading, draining and paving with stone or gravel said highway making said highway thirty feet wide. G Hubbard Road, in Said township, county and state, to-wit: Bciimiing at Hie terminal point of the Bethel Free Gravel Road at the southwest corner of the southeast quarter of section two (2) township fourteen (14) norlh range three (3) west running thence nortli with the present road bed to the northwest corner of the northcast quarter of said section, township and range aforesaid, said point being on ihe nor Hi line of said Marlon town-

The total length of said proposed Improvement Is one (1) mile.
