Seals By Mail. The mail sale Is already well known in this county, and has proven to be one of the most effective means of dispensing the Christmas seals. Rach one of the mailing list will receive two hundred peals, of which number he Is requested to buy as many or as few as he wishes, returning the rest of the seals with the money. It is hop?d that the majority will take the two hundred seals, or at least a large, portion of them. As the cost of sending these letters is about ten cents, apiece, the league i.s desirous that at least that amount be sent in If it is Impossible to contribute more. The mail Fale is designed to reach individuals, just as the health bonds reach tho organized groups. Frequently, an individual buys his seal through the mail, and his store or plant takes a bond also. Sale at Booths. On the seventh cf December.
