Mich., Oct. 10 Three present members of the Oavosso police department and a fourth man who resigned last week are named defendant In a suit for $5,000 stated Saturday by ITarl II. Palmer, local coal dealer. Ho alleges assiialt and battery, false imprisonment and malicious prosecution. The defendants aro Tatrolmen Charles Parker, Patrick Gorman.
