Cooper, who returned Wednesday from the state committee meeting which was held at Indianapolis. These camps will bo for the boy whose organizations have none. The sites have not yet been selected but a special committee, with J. H. Shirk of Peru, as chairman. ha3 been appointed to study the situation. Mr. Cooper Is one of two physical directors -who are members of tho committee. Two other delegates were sent from South Eend, C. V. Hyde and M. Ii. Denison. Ileport was made of the success of the Y.
