LOTS SOLD TO WHITE PEOPLE ONLY

LOOK AHEAD There is a great shortage of houses all over the country, and likewise good close-in residence lots are getting scarcer and scarcer. Now is the time of all times to buy your lot, whether you want it for a home site or for an investment. Get in now before the big boom near at hand forces up the price of vacant lots. The more you save and invest in real estate now, the more you will have later on. Don't follow the advice of the fellow who has nothing and probably never will have anything. The shrewdest and most conservative investor on earth put their savings in real estate. Be wise and follow their example. The quicker you get your lot and get it paid for the sooner you will be able to get a home of your own and become your own landlord. Before you get your lot paid for, building material will be much cheaper. ACT AT ONCE
