IONG before wc had manufactured a single Dutch j Masters cigar, we had formed a fairly definite impression of what Dutch Masters might be. We had in mind something out of the common run of good cigars a cigar with a flavor distinctly and peculiarly its own. From the Island of Java we secured the right wrapper leaf for the results we wished to obtain. In the Island of Cuba we found the desired Havana filler tobaccos. Much time was spent in experimental curing and blending processes, so chat the flavor o this new cigar Dutch Masters might fairly reflect the individual characters of its varied tobaccos. The world of smokers knows how successful were our efforts to create a new and different kind of cigar. Dutch Masters "'registered" from the 6tart. It proved to be what is known in the industry as a "natural ßcller." From that day to this, we are glad to say, Dutch Masters has gone on making sales records, and breaking them almost as fast as they were made. We pin our faith to Dutch Masters, because we know, better than anybody else, what goes into it and how painstakingly it is put together. Many thousands of smokers evidently share our conviction that for tobaccos and for workmanship, there is nothing quite like Dutch Masters.
