Mince cold meat er.ouchj to make one and one-half cupful, addlnpr a chopped onion, a teappoonful of chopped parsley, the tame of mincd chives, pepper, salt, a teatpoonful of suffar. a saltsjoonf ul of curry powder, and enough good brown gray to moisten the masrf. Spread the mixture on the crust; roll and fasten the ends, put the roll into a floured cloth, and tie it, leaving room for the roll to swell. Plunge Into boiling" water and boil for two hours. Ffrve on a hot dish with brown gravy. Baked potatoes and boiled rice go with the roll. Swiss Moat Pancakes. Chop enough cold meat to make one cupful, and add to it a quarter of a cupful of stoned raisin?, pepper, salt, a tea.-poonful of sugar.
