Harris, who is in charge of the school, made and colored the icing and then turned It into violets, roses, sweet peas, valley lilies and forget-me-nots all with the aid of a pair of scissors, tome pieces of paper, and a few pins. Some of the women were so interested that they stayed for an hour after the class, eager to learn more of the ways and rucans of cake decoration. All kinds of deep fat frying will be discu3ed and demonstrated in the class Thursday. Doughnuts, fritters and other delicacies are included in the program.
