People are eating Eskimo Pie and asking everyone else what it is and who is responsible for its invention. HERE'S THE STORY! In Omaha, Nebraska, not long ago a youngster touched up his Dad, who ran a candy store, for an ice cream cone. His Dad scooped out a good hard measure of cream and set it in the cone. The lad, standing near a table on which there was some milk-chocolate, happened to drop the ice cream and set up a howl. His mother fished the chunk of cream out of the chocolate and set it on the table until he dried his tears. When he turned again to the cream he found a delicious crust of milk-chocolate around it hence you have your Eskimo Pie.
