Anderson in federal court Monday permitted Harry I.aucky. 1.", and Kenneth Miller, 19, to pas sentence upon themselves on a charffe of Mtealinff a Studebaker sedan in Niks. Mich., and driving it to Syracuse, Ind., where they were cauffht trying to steal gasoline. "What do you boys think you ought to get for this." Judge Anderson asked them. "We already have been in jail 107 days," young Flaucky said. "I think fix months in Jail would he enought on top of that," Miller .-aid. "So do I." said Judge Anderson, and It wac agreed to the satisfaction of court and defendants.
