The concern is known as the Seahner Fowler Equipment Co., of Kans-an f 'ity. Mo. From Michigan ity the plant will move to this city. The new Laporte industry will manufacture triple-aid fuelizen. babbitinir and boring machines, service station cranes, steel lockers and sectional teel partitions. The old plant of the Northern Foundry Co., in the eastern part of the city will be utilized. In addition a new plant will be erected which will provide 20.000 square feet of space. The factory will start with 6 0 men and increase to 130 to 200 within two years.
