Sara (Joffe, doing business as the Ann Arbor Stamping it Metal company, through her attorneys, has commenced euit in the Washtenaw circuit court against 51 insurance companies, for a total of $;:s::50. Nono of the companies have so far paid tho insurance, though some have manifested a desire to pay, it is said. A complete Inventory and appraisal of the property has been made by Prof. L. M. Gram and Prof. H. C. Anderson, of the engineering college of tho University of Michigan. The. appraisal shuws a lo.ss of between $250,000 and $3ÜU,OÜO, it is said.

Vandercook, state commissioner of public safety.
