Memorial exerciso3 were held at the weekly meeting and luncheon of the University club, Tuesday noon. Since the organization of the club six years ago, death has claimed 10 members. Tribute to these was paid by Ionn J. Oare in a memorial address. Plans were made for the first of the club'3 proposed annual picnics.

ORDERED OUT OF CITY. James Tate, arrested on a charge of drunkenness and lagging by Officer Brown Monday, was arraigned in city court Tuesday and was told to leave South Bend. His case was dimissed. Tate said that he came from Chicago and looked around for work here but could not find it. He convinced the court that he was a victim of "hard luck" and that he deserved leniency.
