HEADLIGHTS FOR NEW YORK'S NIGHT TRAFFIC COPS Here is a lighthouse and harness contrivance and at the right John A. Harriss, Special Deputy Police Commissioner, who ordered the new apparatus after a careful study of the traffic problem in London, Paris, Rome 2nd Brussels. The three lights gTeen, red and yellow, are operated by push buttons, and may be seen for some distance and serve as guide or warning to motorists especially on park driveways, where- it is a temptation to speed up a bit.
