Arbitration Committee Reduces Bricklayers' Scale to $8.60 the Dav. Waco cut from $1.23 an hour to $1.07,-2 authorized by the arbitration committee settling the diffcrcnee between fren ral cor tractors and the bricklayers' union was announced Monday by Prank E.
