Johneon st. upon the complaint of Sylvester Skedewick were arraigned In city court this morning and charged with a.wautt and battery with Intent to kill. fJkedewick charged tlat the three men mado an attempt upon his life aa the reaulfc of a quarrel over money matters. One of them, he stated, produced a pen knife and "fcrandiahed it at him, while the others made threats upon his safety. The case against tho threo men was continued until April 6. Robert" Galloway, 1216 S. Michigan av., arrested for violation of the speed ordinances, was fined J 10 and costs.

GUZ1CKI LIQUOR CASE CONTINUED Stephen Cuzickl arrested by Detective Ser?t. Koczrowskl and a detail at 1039 W. Thornaa St.. and booked under a charge of unlawful possession of liquor for sale, was arraigned in city court Thursday morning, where he pleaded not guilty. Ills caso was continued until Ap-ril 2.
