STOLTZ SUED FOR $10,000 DAMAGES Woman Asserts Reckless Driving Was Cause of Permanent Injuries. Dr. Charles Stoltz, South Bend
physician and surgeon, is m:iile th defendant in a 510,000 damage suit filed by Florence K. Dlnan in superior court Thursday. The plaintiff alleges that she was bruised and permanently injured when knocked down by Stoltz's car Nov. 18, at Lafayette st. and Lincoln way W. i She als' asserts that the defendant, was driving his car 30 miles an hour! when the accident occured and that I he was on the wronf fldo of the ? street.
