. WASHINGTON HAS TWO LEPERS The JJational Capitol's Leper Colony of one Ins been increased 100 per Cent., Charles H. Youn?:, 50 years of age. having been taken into custody and placed in quarantine. THE GRANT MONUMENT M-ncriil to General U. S. Grant which has been placed in p-.icn in the Botanical Gardens at the foot of the Canitcl Washincton. It will be unveiled shortly. This monument is the werk of Henry M. Shrady and has be-sn eighteen ycirs in the making. The statue proper is of bronze and is the second largest cf its kind in the world.
