Frank Henry has a bad temper, according to his wife. Chattie Henry, who was granted a divorce in the superior court Wednesday. The plaintiff alleged that her husband threatened to take her life on several occasions, that he is extremely jealous of her, and has falsely accus"d her of being untrue to her u.arriage vows. She further state that he is in the habit of nagging at her constantly, and that she can live with him no longer. The couple have been marrlcel for 19 years, and have three children, Walter. 18 years old; Gladys. 14 years old. and Wilbert, five years old. The mother was giver; an absolute divorce nad the custody of the children, by Judge Montgomery.
