DKS MOINKS, la.. Dec. A national conference on parks haa been called today hy Gov. Harding, co-op-ertlng with the i-e cretary of .the interior, to meet in Des Moine.s, Jan. 10, 11. and 12. The need for state parks will be the chief subject to be discued and the conference is the tirst national satherins 4ver summond to plan

Harding' wants it made clear that the attendance i not limited to persons ppeeifically invited, for everybody interested in the conservation movement will be welcome.
